The process At the start of a project, Mercury Research and Consulting will meet with you and determine the critical issues where better forecasting can significantly impact the business. Depending on your company's goals, timeframe for implementation, and internal policies, Mercury Research and Consulting will recommend a software solution that meets your needs and develop a set of contracts that will allow the prediction market structure to reveal an optimal forecast.
For busy companies, we can also operate the prediction markets on your behalf; we will establish the contracts, register traders, and pay the winners. (If you choose to operate prediction markets internally, we can assist you in the initial setup, configuration, and training, as well as provide ongoing analysis of results.) More powerful programs may require some training of participants, which we are able to do in small or large groups.
